脐尿管憩室合并结石的CT诊断

目的探讨脐尿管憩室合并结石的CT表现特点,提高对本病的认识。方法回顾性分析8例经手术病理证实的脐尿管囊肿,观察横断位及多层面重建图像的CT表现,包括病灶部位、形态、大小、增强以及Retzius间隙影像改变情况。结果 8例脐尿管憩室均位于腹中线处Retzius间隙内的脐尿管走行区。3例脐尿管憩室表现为椭圆形或漏斗状扩张,形成典型短憩室,壁大部分光滑,合并感染则壁增厚同时有一定程度强化,Retzius间隙密度增高。结论脐尿管解剖部位相对固定,形成憩室伴结石后具有典型CT特征,结合临床表现诊断该病不难。

Computed Tomography Diagnosis of Urachus Diverticulum with Calculi

Objective To investigate Computed Tomography（CT） characteristics of urachus diverticulum with calculi, in order to improve the understanding of this disease. Methods Retrospective analysis of 8 cases of urachal cyst, which was confirmed by surgical pathology, cross-sectional and multi planar reformation image was observed, including the lesion area, shape, size, enhancement, and image of Retzius clearance. Results 8 cases of urachal diverticulum were located within the stomach Retzius line place clearance urachal line area. 3 cases of urachal diverticulum characterized by oval or funnel-shaped expansion, forming a typical short diverticulum, most of the wall is smooth, with people show the form similar cystic kitchen, wall thickness improved significantly, the Retzius around 3 cases of lesion clearance within a slice of flocculent or cable strip density increased. Conclusion Urachal anatomical site is relatively fixed, and diverticulum with calculi has typical CT feature. It＇s not difficult to disgnose with the combination of clinicl manifestation.
