MRI对直肠间质瘤的术前诊断价值简

目的探讨MRI在直肠间质瘤的诊断价值。方法将16例经病理证实的直肠间质瘤患者的术前MRI所见与术中所见及术后病理进行对照研究。结果16例经术后病理证实直肠间质瘤患者MRI表现能基本反映病灶的大小、形态、范围、内部结构及与邻近器官的关系。结论MRI能多方位显示直肠间质瘤的本身特点及其周围的解剖结构，对直肠间质瘤的手术治疗有重要的指导意义。

Diagnostic Value of Magnetic Resonance Imaging for Rectal Stromal Tumors

Objective To assess the value of magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） for Rectal stromal tumors. Methods 16 cases of rectal stromal tumors that confirmed by pathology underwent MRI scan before operation. MRI features in staging lesions were compared with operation and histopathological. Results of 16 rectal gastrointestinal stromal tumors can reflect the basic lesion size, shape, scope, internal structure and relations with neighboring organs.Conclusions MRI multi-directional display the characteristic of rectal stromal tumors and the surrounding anatomical structures, guiding the operation.
