急性胰腺炎的超声诊断

目的：探讨急性胰腺炎的超声诊断及其应垌价值。方法：分析60例经CT扫描、临床证实的急性胰腺炎的超声表现、分型和诊断价值。结果：60例中，超声诊断为急性胰腺炎56例，漏诊4例。56例中，急性水肿型45例，超声表现为胰腺弥漫性肿大、边界清晰、实质回声减低；急性出血坏死型11例，超声表现为胰腺增大、边缘模糊、回声减低且不均匀，胰腺周围积液。结论：超声诊断对急性胰腺炎的检出率高，并能做出分型，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Ultrasonic Diagnosis of Acute Pancreatitis

Objective： To study on the ultrasonic diagnosis of acute pancreatitis and its application value. Methods： Analysis on the ultrasonic manifestation and typing of sixty cases of acute pancreatitis which confirmed by CT scan and clinical. Results： In the sixty cases, fifty-six cases were diagnosed as acute pancreatitis by uhrasonography, the other four cases were missed diagnosis. In the fifty-six cases, forty-five cases were acute edematous pancreatitis, their ultrasonic manifestation showed diffuse enlargement of pancreas with clear boundary and the echo of liver pancreas were decreased; the other eleven cases were acute hemorrhagic necrosis pancreatitis, their ultrasonic manifestation showed diffuse enlargement with blurry boundary and echo of pancreas were decreased and uneven. Conclusion ： The detection rate of ultrasonic diagnosis on acute pancreatitis is high, and can make the case classification, so the clinical Value is high.
