eIF4E和ki67在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及其临床意义

目的探讨eIF4E和ki67在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化技术SP法检测异位内膜组（30例），在位内膜组（30例）及正常内膜组（20例）中eIF4E及ki67蛋白的表达水平。结果eIF4E和ki67在3组内膜中表达强弱依次为异位内膜>在位内膜>正常内膜，其差异有显著统计学意义（P<0.01）；eIF4E在正常内膜组和在位内膜中分泌期高于增殖期，其差异有显著统计学意义（P<0.05），ki67在正常内膜组分泌期高于增殖期（P<0.05），在位内膜组增殖期高于分泌物（P<0.05）；而eIF4E和ki67两者在异位内膜和在位内膜中的表达呈正相关（r=0.861，P<0.01；r=0.788，P<0.01），在正常内膜表达无明显相关性（r=0.297，P=0.207）。结论eIF4E和ki67在子宫内膜异位症表达明显增高，eIF4E和ki67可能与子宫内膜异位症发生发展密切相关。

The ExPression and clinical significance of eIF4E and ki67 in patients with endometrosis

Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of eIF4E and ki67 in endometriosis. Methods The expression of eIF4E and ki67 were detected by immuno- histochemical method of SP in 30 cases of endometriosis and 20 cases of normal endometrium. Results Expression of the three groups showed such sequence as follows about eIF4E and ki67: ectopic endometrium>eutopic endometrium>normal endometrium, there was a significant difference statistically (P<0.01); eIF4E during the reign of normal endometrium and endometrial secretion period is higher than the proliferation period, the differences are significant statistical significance (P<0.05), ki67 in normal secretory phase endometrium group is higher than breeding period (P<0.05), in ectopic group multiplication period is higher than the discharge (P<0.05). The eIF4E and ki67 protein had obvious positive correlation in ectopic endometrial and endometrium (r=0.861, P<0.01; r=0.788, P<0.01), but there was no correlation in the normal endometrium (r=0.297, P=0.207). Conclusion eIF4E and ki67 in endometriosis express obviously increased. The expression of eIF4E and ki67 were positively associated with development and progression of endometriosis.
