浅析药物流产和人工流产术后继发不孕的原因

目的 探讨药物流产与人工流产术后继发不孕的原因。方法 回顾分析286例流产术后继发不孕症患者的临床资料,采取B超检查、输卵管造影、宫腹腔镜联合等检查以查出患者不孕的具体原因。对比分析药物流产术和人工流产术导致不孕的原因差异。结果 药物流产及人工流产后继发性不孕的原因均为盆腔炎、输卵管阻塞、排卵障碍性疾病、子宫内膜异位症、宫腔粘连。结论 药物流产与人工流产导致不孕的主要原因是盆腔炎和输卵管阻塞,排卵障碍性疾病、子宫内膜异位症和宫腔粘连。同时,人工流产造成的输卵管阻塞、子宫内膜异位症、宫腔粘连略高于药物流产,但无统计学差异,药物流产组排卵异常发生几率高于人工流产组,有统计学差异,不孕几率与流产的次数无相关性。所以应该大力宣传有效的避孕措施,减少意外怀孕发生。

Analyses the cause of secondary infertility after medicalabortion and artificial abortion

Objective Investigate the cause of secondary infertility after medical abortion and artificial abortion.Methods Retrospective analysis of 286 cases clinical data of secondary infertility after abortion.B-ultrasound,SSG,Palace combined laparoscopy were used to detect the specific cause of infertility,and comparative analysis of causes of infertility difference between medical abortion and induced abortion.Results The causes of secondary infertility after medical abortion and artificial abortion were pelvic inflammatory disease,tubal occlusion,ovulation disorders,endometrial ectopic syndrome,intrauterine adhesions.Conclusion The main causes of secondary infertility after medical abortion and artificial abortion were pelvic inflammatory disease,tubal occlusion,ovulation disorders,endometrial ectopic syndrome and intrauterine adhesions.There is no significant statistical difference between the blocked fallopian tubes,endometrial ectopic syndrome,intrauterine adhesions after medical abortion and artificial abortion.Compared with the artificial abortion group,the probability of ovulation disorders in the medical abortion group were significantly higher.There is no significant statistical difference between infertility and the number of miscarriage.The effective birth control measures should be vigorously promoted to reduce the incidence of unwanted pregnancies.
