阿勒泰地区哈萨克民族医药调查报告

目的 了解阿勒泰地区哈萨克族传统医药的现状，促进哈医药的发展。方法 通过文献查阅、关键人物访谈、调查问 卷、参与观察、实地走访获得阿勒泰地区哈萨克医药发展现状的有关资料。共走访两家哈医医疗机构，一所专业培养哈 萨克医药人才的院校，采访十一位哈医民间医生，发放 250 份调查问卷。结果 阿勒泰地区哈萨克族传统医药研究取得较 大进展，理论研究成果较多，建立了两所哈萨克医医院，重点专科、特色专科建设方面取得了一定成绩，研制开发了一 批疗效确切、社会知名度较高的哈药，哈医药在阿勒泰地区的普及程度非常好，具有很高的社会认可度，当地居民对哈 医药持有很高的认可度，普遍认为哈医药在当地居民的医疗保健中发挥了积极作用，并希望哈医药能以更多更有效的方 式传承和发扬。目的结论 阿勒泰地区哈萨克族医药的进一步发展需要政策和资金的支持，并且在理论研究、人才培养、药物 开发研究、产业化等方面大力开展工作。

Investigation on Kazak medicine in Altay region

Objective To understand the current situation ofthe Kazakh traditional medicine in Altay region and promote the development ofthe medicine. Methods By getting the relevant information about current situation ofthe Kazakh traditional medicine in Altay region by checking available literature, key informant interview, questionnaire, participant observation and field visit. , two Kazakh medical institutions, one college for culturing Kazakh medicine talents were visited, 11 Kazakh folk doctors were interviewed, 250 questionnaires were distributed. Results Great changes have taken place in Altay region of Kazakh traditional medicine research, theoretical research results were remarkable, two Kazakh medical hospitals were set up, key specialty, characteristic specialty construction had made certain achievements, the research and development of a batch of curative effect, the high social awareness of the medicine in Altay region’s popularity were very good, which had very high social recognition, won local residents hold high recognition for the medicine, which was generally believed that the medicine in the local residents had played a positive role in health care, and the medicine could live on in the form of more effectively. Conclusion Kazakh traditional medicine in Altay region needs more development by policy and funding support and there is also much work to do in theoretical research, talent cultivation, medicine development, and industrialization.
