奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效研究

目的 观察奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素治疗胃溃疡的疗效。方法 86例患者随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组患者46例,给予奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素口服治疗;对照组患者40例单纯予以奥美拉唑口服治疗。疗程完成后,观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 实验组患者的临床总有效率为76.1%,对照组的临床总有效率为52.5%,两组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。实验组患者疗效显著优于对照组患者。两组患者在治疗期间均未出现严重的不良反应。结论 奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素治疗胃溃疡是一种理想的治疗方案。

Effect observation of omeprazole combined with clarithromycinin the treatment of gastric ulcer

Objective To observe the curative effect of omeprazole combined with clarithromycin in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 86 patients with gastric ulcer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.46 cases in experimental group received omeprazole combined with clarithromycin treatment while 40 cases in control group were given omeprazole treatment only.Clinical effect were observed in the two groups after the treatment are finished.Results The clinical total effective rate of the experimental group was 76.1% which was obviously higher than 52.5% of the control group,with the difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P＜0.05).No severe adverse reactions were found in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion The combination of omeprazole and clarithromycin is an optimal treatment of gastric ulcer.
