摘    要:目的 建立费休氏水分测定法测定小柴胡颗粒水分方法。方法 样品以无水甲醇为溶剂,采用无吡啶费休氏试液按中国药典方法测定。结果 测定结果与干燥失重测定法基本一致,平均回收率99.87%,RSD为0.1%(n=5)。结论 该方法简便快速,定量准确,可作为小柴胡颗粒水分测定方法。

Abstract:Objective To establish a Fischer moisture determination of Xiaochaihu granules moisture determination.Methods Samples with anhydrous methanol as the solvent,without using pyridine Fischer solution were measured by Chinese Pharmacopoeia method.Results The results and the loss on drying method was basically the same,the average recovery was 99.87%,RSD was 0.1% (n=5).Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate,and can be used in measuring the Xiaochaihu granules moisture.
