复方杞蓉生精汤治疗男性不育症的研究

目的　观察自拟复方杞蓉生精汤治疗男性不育症的临床疗效。方法　选择 96例男性不育症患者 ,给予复方杞蓉生精汤口服 ,治疗 2个疗程后观察精液及生殖激素的改善情况。结果　治疗后患者精子密度、精子成活率及精子活动能力均有进步 ,血浆睾酮浓度显著提高 (P <0 0 1) ,血清FSH和LH水平明显降低 (P <0 .0 1和 0 .0 5 ) ,PRL水平无明显改变。结论　自拟复方杞蓉生精汤可以调节男性不育症患者下丘脑 -垂体 -性腺轴的激素含量变化 ,从而改善睾丸曲细精管的生精功能 ,治疗男性不育症有较好的疗效

Study of compound Qirongshengjing decoction on male sterility

Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of homemade compound Qirongshengjing decoction on male sterility.Methods 96 patients with male sterility were treated with compound Qirongshengjing decoction taken orally. After two periods of treatment, the improvings of semen and reproduction hormone were observed.Results The density, survival rate and activity of sperm of the patients all were improved. The concentration of plasma testosterone was obviously increased (P<0.01). The levels of serum FSH and LH were obviously decreased (P<0.01 and P<0.05). The PRL level had not obviously change.Conclusion Homemade compound Qirongshengjing decoction can adjust the hormone content change of hypothalamus-hypophysis-gonad axes of patients with male sterility, thus can improve the procreating function of bent and thin spermic duct. So it has a good curative effect on male sterility.
