活性乳酸杆菌治疗产后42天后妇女细菌性阴道病效果分析

目的:对产后42 d回访细菌性阴道病(bacterial vaginosis,BV)患者采用乳酸杆菌活菌制剂治疗,追踪观察治愈率、复发率,观察治疗效果。方法:对2012例产后42 d妇女常规筛查出BV患者103例为实验组,与对照组50例。实验组采用活性乳酸菌阴道胶囊2枚(0.25 g/枚),每日1次,阴道上药×10 d。对照组采用甲硝唑栓1枚,每口1次,阴道上药×10 d。结果:实验组与对照组的临床治愈率分别为92.23%(95/103)、84%(42/50),总有效率分别为95.15%(98/103)、92%(46/50),差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05);复发率分别为3.88%,34%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后阴道乳酸杆菌的检出率分别为96.12%、20.00%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。阴道乳酸杆菌的检出数量与细菌性阴道病复发率之间存在负相关(R=-0.845,P=0.034)。结论:应用活性乳酸杆菌制剂治疗BV短期疗效与对照组组基本相同,但治疗后阴道乳酸杆菌的恢复程度明显优于对照组,复发率明显低于传统疗法。

Curative effect of lactobacillus-based medicament to bacterial vaginosis of women after puerperium

Objective: To invesigate the curability,recurrent rate and curative effect of lactobacillus-based medicament to bacerial vaginosis(BV) of women after puerperium.Methods: 103 sufferers with BV were screened in 2012 women after puerperium,as experimental group,and selected 50 BV women as control group.Two pieces of lactobacillus-based drug(0.25 g/piece) were applied to the exper-imental group every day for 10 clays.One piece of metronidazole drag was used to the control group per day for 10 days.Results: The clinical curability in the two groups was 92.23%(95/103)、84%(42/50) respectvely The total efficiency in the two groups was 95.15%(98/103),92%(46/50) respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups.The recurrent rate in experimental and control groups was 3.88% and 34.00% respectively.The detectable rate of lactobacillus in the experi-mental and control groups after the treatment was 96.12% and 20.00% respectively(P<0.051).Negative correlation was shown between detectable rate of lactobacillus and recurrent rate(R=-0.845,P=0.0341).Conclusion: The short-term curative effect of the lactobacillus-based drug is almost same with the result of control group.But the use of the lactobacillus-based drug never decreases the lactobacillus number opposite to the use of metronidazole,so that depresses the recurrent rate of the BV-reinfction.
