乌拉地尔治疗慢性肺心病合并心力衰竭40例临床疗效分析

目的观察乌拉地尔治疗慢性肺心病合并心力衰竭的效果,为临床治疗提供根据。方法将慢性肺心病合并心力衰竭患者80例随机分为两组,每组40例。对照组给予抗感染、祛痰、平喘、吸氧、强心及利尿剂等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上,加用乌拉地尔,观察两组疗效、不良反应。结果对照组显效17例,好转13例,无效10例,总有效率为75%;治疗组显效28例,好转9例,无效3例,总有效率为92.5%。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论加用乌拉地尔治疗慢性肺心病合并心力衰竭可提高临床效果,值得临床推广。

Analysis of Clinical Effects in Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease Complicated with Heart Failure by Applying Urapidil Treatment in 40 Patients

Objective The effect of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure by applying Urapidil treatment were observed,for providing a clinical treatment evidence.Methods 80 patients of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure were separated into 2 groups randomly,every 40 patients per group.In control group patients were treated with conventional therapy,such as anti-infective,expectorant,oxygen,cardiac and diuretic etal.In treatment group patients were treated with Urapidil on the basis of conventional therapy.Two groups of efficacy and untoward effect were observed afterward.Results 17 patients got effective,13 patients got better and 10 patient got no effective,the ratio of efficiency was 75% in control group;28 patients got effective,9 patients got better and 3 patient got no effective,the ratio of efficiency was 92,5% in treatment group.The ratio of treatment group was higher than control group obviously（P0.01）.Conclusions It is worth to generalize the highly clinical treatment for patients by treated with Urapidil.
