| 摘 要： | 目的：比较不同手术方法治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法：对69例(78眼)原发鼻侧状胬肉分别行显微镜下胬肉切除术(20例24眼)；联合羊膜移植术(25例28眼)；联合自体带角膜缘上皮细胞结膜瓣移植术(24例26眼)的治疗进行临床疗效观察，分析其结果。结果：术后角膜刺激症状的消失，角膜上皮愈合，减少角膜云翳形成及降低复发率方面(随访6-20月)带角膜缘上皮细胞结膜瓣显著优于另两种术式。结论：羊膜移植术和角膜缘上皮移植治疗原发性翼状胬肉，可以促进创面愈合、降低复发，尤以带角膜缘上皮细胞结膜瓣移植疗效更佳，值得推广。

Effects of different operation in treatment of pterygium |

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the clinical effects of different operation of pterygium.Methods:69 case (78eyes) primary pterygium.20 cases (24eyes) were by pterygia excise,25 case (28eyes) treated by pterygia excise combild amniotic membrane rtansplant,24cases (26eyes) were transplanted by anto-congunctiva graft with cormeal limbus epithelium.All operation were performed under microscopy.Then,observe the effects after-operation analysis the results.Results:The auto-comeal limbus epithelium conjunctira graft is the better method other two prom theaspect of stinmlus of comeal epithelium,nebnlar formations and recuwent rate.Conclusion:Amniotic membrone transplant and auto-congunctiva with comeal epithelium transplant could accelerate the healing of epithelium and decrease the recrudesce rate The auto-congunctiva graft with epithelium of corneal limbus transplant is the suggested operation |
