北京城区基层医生心力衰竭临床知识水平的调查研究

目的 了解北京市城区基层医生心力衰竭的知识水平.方法 于2008年7-9月,采用不记名闭卷笔试的方法对北京市城区共354名基层医生进行了心力衰竭临床知识水平的调查.结果 354名医生中经常通过网络获得专业知识的医生共154人(43.5%),存在工作时间短、学历高、职称低、年龄小的特点.在所有问题中,回答正确率最高的问题是"心力衰竭症状识别"(62.1%),回答正确率最低的问题是"利尿剂的不良反应"(21.2%).网络学习组与常规学习组医生在"心力衰竭分期"、"心力衰竭的一般治疗"、"血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)或血管紧张素受体阻滞剂(ARB)的适应证"、"β-受体阻滞剂的适应证"以及关于患者自我监测指标的所有问题上差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 基层医生心力衰竭的知识处于较低水平,以网络通信平台为技术支撑,及时更新基层医生的临床知识可能是提高基层医生医疗质量的一个可行措施.

Knowledge Levels of Heart Failure Among Physicians in District and Community Hospitals in Beijing
