| 摘 要： | 目的：定量评价广东省农村基层医疗服务双向转诊的现状并分析其影响因素。方法：构建影响因素的概念框架，通过乡村医生问卷调查和多变量统计回归模型，掌握广东省农村医疗服务转诊特征，探讨影响因素，并结合现实情况分析各环节的相互作用。结果：村卫生站举办模式、统一的转诊标准和规范、村医生的服务能力、村卫生站的硬件建设均对转诊有影响，且村卫生站举办模式与其它因素相互作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To quantitatively evaluate the performance of health referral mechanism and to analyze the effects of influencing factors.MethodsThe study mainly employed the methods of literature review,questionnaire statistical models.Results & Conclusion The performance of health referral system is affected by the ownership of village clinics,the existence of referral guidelines and standards,the qualifications of village health providers,which are mutually associated. |
