湖北省乡村医生人力资源现状分析

摘    要:目的:了解湖北省乡村医生人力资源情况。方法:采取调查问卷和访谈的形式,对其基本情况、收入及培训教育等现况进行调查,数据收集后采用excel2003和SPSS12.0进行统计分析。结果:乡村医生人力资源面临人口老龄化、无养老保障、资质偏低、收入不稳定和缺乏相关培训等问题。结论:需要妥善解决乡村医生老有所养的问题,对乡村医生的资格考试作适当调整,并且完善对乡村医生的补助,加强相关培训。

Abstract:Objective To know about the health workforce of rural doctors in Hubei.Methods Questionnaire and interviews were adopted to investigate their basic information,income and training,and the data were analyzed by SPSS12.0 and Excel 2003.Resuts Rural doctors were facing such problems as aging population,no pension,low qualifications,instable income and lack of related training.Conclusion It is vital to ensure rural doctors to have pension after retirement,and qualification examination for rural doctors should be adjusted and related training should be strengthened.
