摘    要:当前急救医生短缺问题已成为影响和制约中国急救事业科学发展瓶颈。工作艰苦强度大、医患风险高、社会工资待遇以及人才培养滞后是造成中国急救医生短缺的几个主要原因。解决急救医生短缺的问题就必须在改善急救医生工作条件、建立健全医患纠纷调解制度、提高急救医生社会工资待遇和加大急救人才培养力度等方面采取相应的对策措施。

Abstract:Currently,the shortage of emergency physicians has become affecting and restricting the emergency development.The hard-working and laborious intensity environments,high risks between physicians and patients,lower income and lack of personnel training etc are the reasons for the shortage.Corresponding countermeasures should be taken to solve the problem,such as improving the working conditions,establishing a system of medical disputes mediation,enhancing the cultivation of personnel-training.
