蒽酮硫酸法与苯酚硫酸法测定竹节参多糖含量的比较研究

摘    要:目的 考察蒽酮硫酸法与苯酚硫酸法测定竹节参多糖(Panax japonicus polysaccharides,PJPS)含量的可行性并比较其差异,建立竹节参多糖含量测定方法.方法 对蒽酮硫酸法和苯酚硫酸法测定竹节参多糖含量的显色条件和方法学进行研究,比较2种方法测定结果的差异.结果 蒽酮硫酸法含量测定结果高于苯酚硫酸法,其差异有统计学意义,蒽酮硫酸法的线性、重现性和稳定性都优于苯酚硫酸法.结论 蒽酮硫酸法比苯酚硫酸法更适合测定竹节参中多糖的含量.

Abstract:Objective To compare anthrone sulfuric acid method and phenol sulfuric acid method in the content determination of polysaccharide in rhizoma of Panax japonicus.Methods The chromogenic conditions and methodology of anthrone sulfuric acid method and phenol sulfuric acid method were compared.Results The content of anthrone sulphuric acid method was higher than that of phenol sulfuric acid method,and the difference was significant.The linearity,reproducibility and stability of anthrone sulfuric acid method were better than those of phenol sulfuric acid method.Conclusion Anthrone sulfuric acid method is better than phenol sulfuric acid method in the content determination of polysaccharide in rhizoma of Panax japonicus.
