农村居民心理健康现状及影响因素调查分析

目的：了解农村居民心理健康现状及其影响因素,为提高农村居民心理健康水平和生活质量服务;方法：以90项症状清单（SCL-90）和艾森克人格问卷（EPQ）为研究工具,并辅之以访谈法;结果：农村居民心理健康水平在SCL-90总分上检出率为27.18%,检出率最高的因子是强迫（31.31%）;性别与恐怖因子呈显著的正相关;年龄、文化程度与躯体化等多个因子呈显著相关;EPQ的3个维度与多个SCL-90因子皆呈现出显著的相关。结论：农村居民心理健康水平不容乐观。性别、年龄、文化程度、人格特质等都可能是影响居民心理健康水平的相关因素。

Status quo of mental health and study about the personality traits of rural residents in ten provinces

Objective To know about the status quo of mental health of rural residents in ten provinces and the influencing factors and to help increase the mental health level and quality of life of rural residents.Methods Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaires(EPQ) were used as studying tools in addition to interviewing methods.Results The detective rate of mental health level of rural residents in SCL-90 was 27.18%,and the factor with the highest detective rate was compulsion(31.31%).Factors related to gender and horror showed remarkable positive correlation.Factors related to age,education level and somatization were remarkably correlated.The three dimensions of EPQ and many factors related to SCL-90 were remarkably correlated.Conclusion The mental health level of rural residents is not satisfactory.Gender,age,education level and personality traits,etc.are all relative factors which can influence the mental health level of rural residents.
