长清产栝楼果实与种子变异性分析

目的：探讨长清产栝楼果实与种子的变异情况,明确其种质资源状况,为种质划分、良种选育奠定基础。方法：随机采集大田种植的植株果实,测定果实重、果实长、果实直径、果皮重、果皮厚、果柄长、果柄直径、单果所含种子重、单果所含种子总数、单果所含饱满种子数、种子长、种子宽、种子厚度、种子百粒重等形态特征及重量指标,运用SPSS 17统计软件对所得数据进行统计分析。结果：栝楼果实与种子各项形态特征及重量指标变异幅度较大,种质资源非常丰富,果实与种子性状特征信息主要集中在重量因子、种子外观因子、种子数量因子和长度因子等4个公因子上。结论：现有种质可聚类为三大类群,可作为栝楼种质区分与良种选育的重要参考。

Analysis on pepo and seed diversity of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim. in Changqing

Objective：To discuss the pepo and seed diversity,germplasm resources of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.（TKM）,and to provide references for germplasm classification and breeding.Methods：The pepos were achieved from the filed randomly,its weight,length,diameter,and the peel-weight,peel-thickness,length and diameter of fruit stalk,seeds weight of single fruit,seeds number of single fruit,full seeds number of single fruit,seed length,seed width,seed thickness,seed kernel weight were determined.The data were analyzed by SPSS 17 statistical software.Results：The index reflected the pepo and seed character of TKM showed wide diversity range,indicating the rich germplasm resources.Characteristic information of fruits and seeds concentrated in weight factor,seed appearance factor,number of seeds factor and length factor.Conclusion：The present germplasm can be clustered together in three groups,which providing important references for germplasm classification and breeding of TKM.
