摘    要:目的观察冷负荷对人体体表循经红外辐射轨迹的影响。方法应用日本三荣公司生产的ThermoTracer6T67型红外热像仪系统,对45名健康成年志愿者的背部、上肢内侧面的经与非经部位同时进行致冷,观察其恢复过程。结果经线上的皮温恢复要比非经部位快,与致冷前比较,经线上的轨迹表现得更加清晰。结论经脉循行线下相应的组织中的微循环可能更丰富,能量代谢也更旺盛。

Abstract:Objecte To observe the influence of cooling on the infrared radiant track along meridian courses (IRRTM). Methods The skin surface of 45 healthy volunteers over the meridians and non-meridians of upper arm and the back of the human body was cooled at same time and the recovery of skin temperature was observed. Results The skin temperature along meridians recovered are quicker than that of non-meridians. Conclusion IRRTM is really a biological phenomenon and has its own mechanism. More intensive energy metabolism in the relative tissues along meridian course may be an important factor resulted in its formation.
