| 摘 要： | 目的：建立酮康唑软膏主成分快速检测方法。方法：采用二阶导数紫外分光光度法直接测定酮康唑的含量。检测波长为277nm。结果：相关系数r=0．9959，回收率为99．87％，RSD=0．70％。结论：方法简便快速，结果准确。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method for the rapid determination of Ketoconazole in its ointment.Methods:a secondary derivative spectrophotometry wsa used.The UV detection wave- length wsa at 277nm.Results:The correlation coefficient was 0.9959.The average recovery was 99.87% with RSD of 0.70%.Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid and accurate. |
