摘    要:目的:建立酮康唑软膏主成分快速检测方法。方法:采用二阶导数紫外分光光度法直接测定酮康唑的含量。检测波长为277nm。结果:相关系数r=0.9959,回收率为99.87%,RSD=0.70%。结论:方法简便快速,结果准确。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a method for the rapid determination of Ketoconazole in its ointment.Methods:a secondary derivative spectrophotometry wsa used.The UV detection wave- length wsa at 277nm.Results:The correlation coefficient was 0.9959.The average recovery was 99.87% with RSD of 0.70%.Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid and accurate.
