| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肺炎支原体(MP)感染与儿童哮喘及血清IgE的相关性.方法 支气管哮喘患儿186例,肺炎患儿264例,正常对照组30例.采用被动凝集法检测各组血清MP-IgM,颗粒增强免疫透射比浊法检测各组血清IgE水平.结果 肺炎支原体感染患儿血清IgE水平较正常对照组儿童和普通呼吸道感染患儿IgE水平均有显著升高(P＜0.01),儿童哮喘患儿血清IgE水平较正常对照组儿童IgE水平均有显著升高(P＜0.01).结论 儿童肺炎支原体感染与儿童哮喘发病密切相关,哮喘患儿感染肺炎支原体与年龄有关,随着年龄的增长MP-IgM阳性也越高.血清IgE水平与儿童哮喘发病也有密切相关.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the relevance of mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP) infection and serum IgE in asthmatic children.Methods Serum MP-IgM and IgE levels were detected in 450 respiratory infection patients(186 of bronchial asthma,264 of pneumonia) and 30 controls by passive agglutination test and particle enhanced immunoturbidimetric assay respectively.Results The serum IgE of mycoplasma pneumoniae patients was significantly higher than that of controls(P<0.01) and nonmycoplasma pneumoniae infection(P<0.01).The IgE level of asthmatic children was higher than that of controls.Conclusion Serum MP-IgM is elevated with the growth of age and correlative to mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in asthmatic children.Serum IgE is also correlative to asthma pathogenesy in children. |
