石化污染物与变就性鼻炎发病相关性研究

目的 研究石化行业职工变应性鼻炎发病与环境污染及免疫功能之间相关性。方法 监测环境中主要污染物指标,对有毒有害、非有毒有害岗位职工和无工业污染的农村农民进行了发病率、变应原皮试及CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4／CD8及IgG、IgM、IgA和IgE的检验。结果 石化作业地区环境中主要化学污染物指标明显高于农村地区,其职工变应原皮试阳性率、变应性鼻炎发病率明显高于农村地区;免疫指标三组间差异有显著性。结论 环境污染和有毒有害物质的侵害是造成石化行业职工变应性鼻炎发病率高的重要原因之一,其机理是免疫功能的失调。

Relationship among environmental pollution, immune function and allergic rhinitis in petrochemical workers

Objective To study the relationship between the incidence of allergic rhinitis and the T cell and its subgroup and immunoglubin in petrochemical workers. Methods The indexes of main pollutes were monitored. CD 3,CD 4,CD 8,CD 4/CD 8,IgG,IgM,IgA and IgE were tested in 398 workers working under noxious positions, 70 workers with non noxious materials and 109 peasants living without pollution. Results Pollute indexes in the petrochemical area were much higher than that in country. The incidence of positive skin test and allergic rhinitis in the workers were also higher. Significant differences were noted among three groups. Conclusion Harmed by the environmental pollution and noxious substances would be one of the main reasons for the higher incidence of allergic rhinitis in petrochemical workers due to immune disfunction.
