大专护生基于人文关怀护理临床路径实训的实践

摘    要:
目的探讨基于人文关怀的护理临床路径实训对大专护理专业学生人文关怀品质的影响,寻找适合大专护生人文关怀品质培养的内科护理实训方法。方法将2014级护理大专两个班随机分组,一个班为对照组(n=40),一个班为观察组(n=43),在《内科护理学》实训过程中,对照组采用以病例讨论为主的实训方法,观察组采用基于人文关怀的护理临床路径实训方法;实训前后对两组护生均使用护士人文关怀品质问卷进行测评。结果实训后,观察组人文关怀品质总分和理念、能力、知识、感知维度得分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P0.01)。结论基于人文关怀的护理临床路径实训方法可以提升大专护生的人文关怀品质,可作为《内科护理学》实训教学中培养护生人文关怀品质的教学方法。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the influence of nursing clinical pathway practical training based on humanistic care on humanistic care quality for junior college nursing students,and to search a medical nursing training method suitable for humanistic care quality cultivation for junior college nursing students.Methods All junior college nursing students in two classes and enrolled in 2012 were selected,fourty students in one class randomized into a control group,and another 43 students in the other class was an observation group.During the practical training of medical nursing,the control group was trained mainly adopted case discussion,while the observation group was trained using nursing clinical pathway based on humanistic care.And the Nurses Humanistic Care Quality Questionnaires was utilized to investigate the two groups before and after the training.Results After the practical training,the total score of humanistic care quality and the dimension score of conception,ability,knowledge and perception in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01 for all).Conclusion The practical training of nursing clinical pathway based on humanistic care could improve humanistic care quality for junior college nursing students,and it would be regarded as a teaching method to cultivate nursing students' humanistic care quality in the practical training of medical nursing.
