诱导期血液透析患者心理体验的质性研究

目的了解诱导期血液透析患者的心理体验,为帮助患者积极应对疾病提供依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对11例诱导期血液透析患者进行个体化深入访谈,根据Colaizzi 7步分析法对原始资料进行整理分析。结果通过资料分析,提炼出3个主题,即确诊初期负性心理体验、获取知识是面对疾病的基础、情感支持是接受疾病的保障。结论诱导期血液透析患者存在负性心理体验,护理人员应及时提供个性化的指导,使患者顺利度过诱导期。

Qualitative research on psychological experience of hemodialysis patients in induction period

Objective To study the psychological experience of hemodialysis patients in induction period to provide evidence for helping patients cope with the disease positively.Method 11 hemodialysis patients in induction period receive individual in-depth interview by phenomenological research method from qualitative research.Arrange and analyze the information by Colaizzi's seven-step method.Result Three themes of negative psychological experience in early diagnosis,requiring knowledge to be the base of facing disease and emotional support to be the guarantee of accepting disease are concluded from analysis.Conclusion Hemodialysis patients in induction period have negative psychological experience.Nurses should give them individual guidance for patients to get through induction period.
