| 摘 要： | 目的评估知信行模式对营养小组护士肠内营养护理培训的效果。方法组建培训小组,采用知信行模式对全院92名营养小组护士进行肠内营养护理培训。比较培训前后护士肠内营养护理理论认知、态度信念、行为能力得分。结果培训后护士肠内营养护理理论认知、态度信念、行为能力得分显著高于培训前(均P0.01)。结论对营养小组护士进行肠内营养护理知信行模式培训,可有效提高护士对肠内营养护理的理论认知、态度信念及行为能力水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the effect of enteral nutrition knowledge,attitude and practices training for nurses of the hospital nutrition support team.Methods We built a training team and provided enteral nutrition knowledge,attitude and practices training for 92 nurses.Nurses' knowledge,attitude and practices of enteral nutrition were compared before and after the training.Resutts Nurses' knowledge,attitude and practices of enteral nutrition were significantly improved after the training (P＜0.01 for all).Conclusion Providing training for nurses of the hospital nutrition support team effectively improves their knowledge,attitude and practices of enteral nutrition. |
