| 摘 要： | 目的通过检测表皮生长因子及其受体在大肠癌中的表达，探讨其在大肠癌中的意义。方法应用SP法免疫组化方法检测10例正常大肠黏膜、64例大肠癌组织中表皮生长因子及其受体的表达。结果正常大肠黏膜中表皮生长因子及其受体均为阴性表达，而其在大肠癌中的表达分别为51％和66％，与正常组比较有非常显著性差异（P〈0．01）；在大肠癌中表皮生长因子与其受体存在显著正相关性（P〈0．01）。结论表皮生长因子及其受体在大肠癌的发生发展过程中起着重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of epidermal growth factor(EGF)and epidermal growth factor-receptor(EGF-R)and its significance in colorectal cancer.Methods The expression of EGF and EGF-Rwas detected by SP immunohistochemical method in 10 cases of normal colorectal membrane and 64 cases of colorectal cancer.Results The expression of EGF and EGF-R were both negative in normal colorectal membrane,but were 51% and 66%,respectively,in colorectal cancer,showing a significant difference between the two groups.There was a positive correlation between the expression of EGF and EGF-R in colorectal cancer.Conclusion The EGF and EGF-R play an important role in the carcinogenesis and development of colorectal cancer. |
