康复新液联合雷贝拉唑治疗老年消化性溃疡疗效分析

目的研究康复新液与雷贝拉唑联合治疗老年消化性溃疡的疗效。方法将经胃镜检查确诊的76例老年消化性溃疡患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例,口服康复新液10ml/次,3次/d,雷贝拉唑10mg/次,1次/d;对照组36例,口服雷贝拉唑10mg/次,1次/d。治疗期间每周1次随防,记录症状转归情况。疗程结束后,胃镜复查评估溃疡愈合情况。结果各项临床症状的改善两组比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。PU的愈合率和总有效率治疗组75.0%和95.0%。对照组为52.8%和83.3%,两组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组在用药期间,不良反应少,均有良好的耐受性。结论康复新液联合雷贝拉唑治疗老年消化性溃疡可提高溃疡的愈合率和总有效率,缩短溃疡的愈合时间。

Effeacy of Kangfuxin Liquid in combination with Rabeprazole on gerontal peptic ulcer

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin Liquid in combination with Rabeprazole on gerontal peptic ulcer.Methods 76 old patients with peptic ulcer diagnosed with gastroendoscopy were randomly divided into the study group （n=40） and the control group （n=36）,Patients in the study group were treated with Kangfuxin Liquid orally,10ml tid and Rabeprazole 10mg qd.Patients in the control group were treated with Rabeprazole 10mg qd.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.In the course of treatment,patients were followed up once a week,and the symptoms of the patients were recorded.After therapeutic course,the healing rate of ulcerative lesions was examined and evaluated by gastroendoscopy.Results There were significant differences about clinical symptom improvement between two groups （P0.05）.The healing rate of ulcer was 75.0% and the effective rate was 95.0% in the study group,while 52.8% and 83.3% in control group.Their differences were obvious （P0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of Kangfuxin Liquid in combination with Rabeprazole on gerontal peptic ulcer can improve the healing rate of ulcerative focus and the effective rate,shorten the healing time of ulcer.
