2008北京奥运会开闭幕式应急医疗保障的探讨

2008年奥运会开闭幕式应急医疗队在开幕式接诊患者573人、闭幕式接诊患者125人，以观众为主，各占就诊人数的50．61％和47．2％，转院治疗人数分别为27人及11人；开幕式接诊的患者所患疾病以热相关疾病为首位，为381人占66．49％，其次为急慢性损伤，为124人占21．64％；而闭幕式接诊的患者以急慢性损伤为主，为54人占43．2％。对于大型公众活动，要重视不同环境因素的影响，在高温潮湿天气下，热相关疾病是最常见的公共卫生问题。根据具体情况制定预案，加强检伤分类与后送的管理，高效利用医疗资源，实施科学的应急医疗保障，达到快速诊治患者目的。

Emergent medical sevice in opening and closing ceremoniey of 2008 Olympic Games

An emergency medical team with 575 medical workers from several big hospitals working at 6 different places was organized by the Organizing Committee of the Olympic Games. 573 and 125 patients were treated by the team, 50.61% and 47.20% of the patients came from the audiences with 27 and 11 transferred to hospitals during the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2008 Olympic Games respectively. 381 patients （66.49%） in the opening ceremony suffered from heat-related diseases when it was very hot and humid that day and 124 patients （21.64%） suffered from acute or chronic injuries. And 43.2% of the patients （54 cases） suffered from acute or chronic injuries during the closing ceremony. Heat-related diseases are the most common public heath problem during the summer Olympic Games because of the hot and humid weather.
