| 摘 要： | 目的探讨两种不同病理类型非哺乳期乳腺炎(NPM)的超声表现和临床特征。方法回顾性分析71例病理证实为NPM的病例,其中浆细胞性乳腺炎(PCM)54例,肉芽肿性乳腺炎(GLM)17例,比较这两种病理类型的超声表现和临床特征。结果两种不同病理类型非哺乳期乳腺炎具有相似的声像图表现,但GLM更常见腋窝淋巴结增大,与PCM有显著性差异意义(P<0.05)。结论 PCM和GLM本身的声像图表现相似,结合病史及腋窝淋巴结情况可以帮助鉴别。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic features and clinical features of two different pathological types of non-puerperal mastitis(NPM). Methods 71 cases of NPM confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed, including 54 cases of plasma cell mastitis(PCM) and 17 cases of granulomatous mastitis(GLM). The ultrasonic manifestations and clinical features of the two pathological types were compared. Results Two different pathological types of NPM had similar sonographic features, but GLM was more common in axillary lymph node enlargement, which was significantly different from PCM(P<0.05). Conclusions The ultrasonographic features of PCM and GLM are similar. It is helpful to differentiate PCM from GLM by combining the history and axillary lymph nodes. |
