6～9岁儿童单纯性肥胖发生状况分析

目的:探讨儿童单纯性肥胖的发生状况,为预防和减少其发生提供科学依据。方法:应用多级整群抽样方法,随机抽取长沙市开福区10所小学和深圳市南山区5所小学作为调查的研究现场。收集所有6～9岁学龄儿童年龄、性别、身高、体重等基本信息,计算儿童肥胖的检出率,对儿童单纯性肥胖的发生状况进行分析。结果:儿童单纯性肥胖的检出率为3.59%,其中男生的检出率为5.38%,女生的检出率为1.61%,男生高于女生;深圳市儿童肥胖标准化检出率高于长沙;6～9岁儿童肥胖发生率随着年龄的升高而上升。结论:儿童单纯性肥胖的发生状况与性别、年龄及地区经济状况等因素有关。

A study of the prevalence rate of simple obesity among the children aged 6～9 years old

Objective:To study the prevalence rate of child simple obesity and to provide reference information for child obesity prevention and control.Methods:A multistage cluster sampling method was carried out,ten primary schools from Changsha city and five from Shenzhen city were selected randomly.All the children at the age of 6~9 years old in fifteen selected primary schools were selected as our study subjects,and all subjects' basic information(age,gender,height,weight,etc)were investigated.The prevalence rate of child simple obesity and its related factors were analyzed.Results:The prevalence rate of obesity was 3.59%,of which,the prevalence rate of boys was 5.38%,and the prevalence rate of girls was 1.61%.The standardized prevalence rate of obesity in Shenzhen city was higher than in Changsha city.The prevalence rate was positive related with age.Conclusion:Child simple obesity can be related by gender,age and status of city economy.
