莱姆病的神经系统表现

报告８例莱姆病的神经系统表现，累及中枢神经和周转神经系统，脑膜炎２例，脊髓病２例，周围神经病５例，面神经麻痹２例。脑脊液检查；压力，蛋白，白细胞数增高２例。细胞学检查淋巴细胞为主，有激活淋巴细胞，嗜酸性粒细胞。

Neurological manifestations of I.yme Borreliosis in 8 cases were reported. Both central and peripheral nerve systems were involved in these cases , among them were meningitis in 2 cases , myelopathy in 2 cases , peripheral neuropathy in 5 cases ( cervical neuropathy in 1 case , distal mixed peripheral neuropathy in 4 cases) and facial nerve palsy in 2 cases. Routine examination of CSF in 7 cases showed normal in 5 cases . 2 cases of elevated intracranial pressure , slight iacreased numbers of WBC and elevated protein concentration in CSF. Cytological examination of CSF showed mainly lym- phocytic pleocytosis , activated lymphocytes and eosinopbils. An elevated antibody titers of lgG and lgM against Borrelia burgdorferi , between 1 , 64 and 1 , 500 , were found both in serum and CSF. Treetment with antibiotics was effective in these cases.
