| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脱细胞异体组织补片在外伤性鼓膜穿孔修复中的应用价值,为鼓膜修补提供新的材料方法。方法 2008-01～2010-01应用T21型脱细胞异体组织补片对36例外伤性鼓膜穿孔进行修补,术后随访6个月,观察其临床效果。结果 36例中1例修复失败,经2次修补,其余35例均修复理想,总成功率为97.22%。结论脱细胞异体组织补片是一种理想的外伤性鼓膜穿孔修补材料。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical application of allograft acellular dermal matrix(ADM) in the treatment of traumatic rupture of the tympanic membrne.Methods Traumatic rupture(n=36) were repaired with allograft acellular dermal matrix(ADM).Post operative follow up lasted six months and the clinical effect was observed.Results During the six months of follow up,traumatic rupture of the tympanic membrane was all well repaired by allograft ADM,with the total success rate of 97.22%.Conclusion Allograft ADM can be used as a subsritute for reconstruction of traumatic rupture of the tympanic membrane. |
