| 摘 要： | 补中益气汤临证治疗三则:压力性尿失禁,证属肺脾气虚,膀胱失约,治宜补肺健脾,兼以温肾固涩。早泄,证属脾肾亏虚,精关易开,治宜健脾益气,补肾固精。产后尿潴留,证属脾气不升,浊阴难降而小便不利。治宜升清降浊,化气行水。 |

| Abstract: | Clinical application of buzhongyiqi decoction 3 cases:stress incontinence,indicate syndromes of deficiency of the lung-Qi and spleen-Qi,dysfunction of the urinary bladder,Governance in order to tonify the lung and spleen,accompany warm the kidney astringent method.premature ejaculation,indicate syndromes of tenesmus due to Qi-sinking,Guan Yi Jing opening,Governance in order to reinforce the spleen to replenish Qi,invigorate the kidney and stop emission.postpartum urinary retention,indicate syndromes of Spleen-energy fails to rise up,Overcast cloud drop and urination difficult.Governance in order to ascending the clear and descending the turbid,promote the flow of Qi Line of water. |
