自拟中药汤剂及散剂治疗手足口病临床研究

[目的]探讨辨证使用自拟汤剂及散剂治疗手足口病临床疗效。[方法]将180例临床确诊为手足口病患儿随机分为两组,对照组60例予利巴韦林、阿昔洛韦抗病毒治疗。高热患儿予布洛芬混悬液及免疫球蛋白治疗。治疗组在此基础上加用自拟方辨证施治以化湿解毒汤、清热解毒汤,有口腔溃疡及疱疹溃破者外用愈溃散,观察两组临床疗效。[结果]治疗组在发热、皮疹消退时间,疱疹消退时间,转为重症患儿例数,总病程天数方面均优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),两组疗效比较差异也有显著性意义(P<0.01),治疗组明显优于对照组。[结论]运用自拟汤剂及散剂辨证施治手足口病,疗效显著,药剂价廉,无毒副作用,使用方法简便,值得临床推广使用。
