步长稳心颗粒治疗室性心律失常疗效观察

[目的]观察稳心颗粒治疗室性心律失常的疗效及安全性。[方法]将120例室性心律失常患者随机分为治疗组(步长稳心颗粒)60例和对照组(心律平)60例,治疗4周,对心电图和临床症状情况进行观察。[结果]步长稳心颗粒对室性心律失常的疗效与心律平的疗效相当,步长稳心颗粒组总有效率80.00%,心律平组总有效率85.00%,两者差异无显著性(P>0.05)。但稳心颗粒组在改善临床症状方面优于心律平组。[结论]步长稳心颗粒治疗室性心律失常有较高的临床应用价值,安全有效。

Buchang Wenxin Keli Efficacy of Treatment of Ventricular Arrhythmias

[Objective] Observe the safety and effect of using Wenxin Keli to treat ventricular arrhythmia.[Methods]Separate 120 Ventricular Arrhythmia Patients into two group in random,60 patients in the group of treatment by Buchang Wenxin Keli,another is under treatment of propafenone,4 weeks treatment and observe the cardiogram and clinical symptoms.[Results] Buchang Wenxin Keli and propafenone bring the same effect on the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia.The effective rate of Buchang Wenxin Keli reaches to 80% and 85% of propafenone.There are no obvious differences.[Conclusion] Using Buchang Wenxin Keli to cure ventricular arrhythmia has a higher and safer clinical application value.
