| 摘 要： | [目的]选择周围性面瘫针刺治疗的最佳时机。[方法]将67例周围性面瘫患者采用相同的穴位进行针刺治疗后,按病程将其分为两组,发病7天以内的急性期患者为Ⅰ组,发病7天以上的静止期患者及恢复期患者为Ⅱ组,比较不同时机针刺治疗周围性面瘫的疗效。[结果]针刺治疗时间离发病越早,治愈率越高,所需疗程越短。[结论]周围性面瘫针刺治疗的最佳时机为急性期。 |

| Abstract: | [Objective]To choose the best occasion to treat peripheral facial paralysis.[Method]After being needled with the same acupoints,the 67 case of peripheral facial paralysis is devided into two groups according to the different courses of disease;invasion on the acute stage within 7 days is GroupⅠ,and invasion on the stationary phase or the recovery stage above 7 days is GroupⅡ.The theraprutic effects of peripheral facial paralysis are compared in different treating occasions.[Result]The invasion with early treatment is higher in recovery rate and shorter in course of treatment.[Conclusion]The best occasion to treat peripheral facial paralysis is the acute stage. |
