《内经》中心身疾病相关症状经络辨证特点的研究

[目的]探讨内经心身疾病经络辨证的特点与规律。[方法]以汉密顿量表中焦虑/躯体化因子为指标,将内经中有关篇章所载的与之相似病候进行对照统计分析。[结果]①精神性焦虑以足阳明和足少阴为显著;躯体性焦虑以五脏为主。经络辨证适合指导心身疾病治疗。②足厥阴因子的频率低于平均值,提示心身疾病属"因病而郁"者,治疗时应治病解郁。

The Psychosomatic Disease-Related Symptoms Differentiation According with Meridian Syndromes in Huandi Neijing

[Objective]Investigate the characteristics and rules of the Meridian and Collateral Pattern Identification of the Psychosomatic disease-related symptoms in Huandi Neijing.[Method]The Psychosomatic disease-related symptoms in Huandi Neijing was contrasted and counted according to the HAME 24 items [the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)].[Results]1.Anxiety factor was closely associated with Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming and Kidney Meridian of Foot-Shaoyin;Somatic symptoms of anxiety was closely associated with Internal organs;The Syndrome Differentiation according with Meridian Syndromes could be used to guide the Clinical treatment of Psychosomatic disease;2.The frequency of Liver Meridian of Foot-Jueyin was below the average level suggested "the anxiety was produced by illness the treatment should" against the physical symptoms and anxiety at the same time.
