| 摘 要： | 査安生教授认为GERD患者主要病因为现代人易发焦虑和抑郁至肝失疏泄,肝气郁结而犯胃,或暴饮暴食、饮食厚腻,损伤脾胃;其基本病机是胃失和降,浊气上逆。治疗强调疏肝健脾和胃。临床分为肝胃郁热证、肝胃不和证、脾胃虚寒证、胃阴亏虚证、痰瘀互结证五种证型论治。 |
