| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨康艾注射液治疗原发性肝癌的疗效。[方法]将66例原发性肝癌患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组36例给予康艾注射液和支持治疗,对照组30例给予支持治疗。[结果]66例患者经治疗后,在临床症状改善方面,两组比较有统计学意义P<0.05或P<0.01,肝功能指标(ALT、AST、TBIL、ALB),两组治疗前后比较有统计学意义P<0.05。[结论]康艾注射液对于改善原发性肝癌患者症状、肝功能指标具有明显的效果。 |

| Abstract: | [Objective]Kangai injection treatment of primary liver cancer.[Method]66 patients with primary liver cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group of 36 patients inthe control group of 30 patients,the treatment group received Kangai injection and support for patients in control group were given supportive treatment.[Results]66 patients after treatment,improvement in clinical symptoms between the two groups was statistically significant P<0.05 or P<0.01,liver function(ALT,AST,TBIL,ALB),compared the two groups before and after treatment statistically significant P<0.05.[Conclusion]Kangai injection to improve symptoms in patients with primary liver cancer,liver function has a significant effect. |
