| 摘 要： | Application and research progress of enhanced recovery concept in nursing of elderly patients with hip fracture SUN Yan, XU Qin, ZHOU Xueying快速康复理念的提出及在临床上逐步推广应用，显著降低了术后并发症发生率，改善预后。本研究检索近年来发表的关于快速康复理念在老年髋部骨折护理中应用的相关文献，整理归纳出快速康复护理在髋部骨折的护理实施方案，及其对髋部骨折常见并发症的影响。旨在为快速康复护理理念在老年髋部骨折中的应用提供理论参考。 |

| Abstract: | The putting forward of the concept of enhanced recovery concept and its application in clinical application reduced the incidence of postoperative complications significantly and improved the prognosis. In this study, we searched the literature published in recent years on the application of enhanced recovery concept in the nursing of senile hip fracture, summarized its detailed nursing plan and analyzed its influence on complications of hip fracture. In the aim of providing theoretical reference for the application of enhanced recovery concept in senile hip fracture. |
