米非司酮治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血的临床观察

目的了解和观察小剂量米非司酮对更年期功能失调性子宫出血（简称：功血）的临床治疗效果。方法对更年期功血患者26例口服米非司酮片12.5mg,睡前空腹温开水吞服,1次/d,连用3个月为1个疗程,贫血患者加服铁剂,同时服用抗生素以预防感染。结果更年期功血患者26例,经治疗,有23例进入绝经期,治愈率达88.46%;复发3例,再经2个疗程治疗后过渡到绝经期。治疗前平均血色素含量为7.2g/L,更年期功血患者26例治疗后上升到10.6g/L,治疗后均较治疗前有明显改善,t=4.360〉t（25）0.01,即P〈0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论临床上应用米非司酮治疗更年期功血效果显著,且价格便宜,无明显副作用,为更年期功血治疗提供了新的思想和方法。

Clinical observation of mifepristone in treatment of menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Objective To understand and observe the therapeutic effect of small dose of mifepristone in the treatment of menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods Twenty six patients were given mifepristone tablets 12.5 mg once a day with warm boiled water and empty stomach for 3 months as a course of treatment. Patients with anemia must added iron agent together with those tablets and took antibiotics to prevent infection. Results After the treatment, 23 cases of them were in menopause, the cure rate was 88.46%; there are 3 oases in recurrent, but after 2 courses of treatment, they were transferred into menopause. Before treatment, the average hemoglobin content was 72 g/L, after treatment, it was increased to 10.6 g/L, it was markedly improved after treatment compared to treatment before, t = 4.360〉t（25）0.01, P 〈 0.01, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion There are obvious effects with low price and no obvious side effects in the clinical application of mifepristone in the treatment of menopausal dysfunc- tional uterine bleeding, it provides a new idea and method for the treatment of menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
