眼外伤视觉诱发电位的分析

目的观察VEP检查在早期发现外伤性视神经病变中的作用。方法对284例眼外伤病人全部行VEP检查,并对其结果进行分析。结果VEP对于早期诊断外伤性眼部病变有重要作用。结论重视外伤性眼部病变的早期发现,VEP检查能准确客观的反映出伤眼的视功能,是临床诊断治疗的重要依据。

The Analysis of Ocular Trauma on Visual Evoked Potential

Objective To oberserve visual evoked potential examination playing a very importent part in the course of an early discovery of the optic nerve pathological changes resulting from surgical.Methods We studied 284 patients who underwent ocular.we analyzed the results from visual evoked potential examinations as well.Results Our finding is that the VEP examinations are very important for erarly diagnosis in ocrlar trauma. Conclusion More attention should be paid to the early discovery of the optic nerve pathological changes from surgical traumas.Meanwhile,visual evoked potential examination can give an objective and accurate representation of the visual sense of the traumatic eyes and therefore,can provide early scientific basis clinical diagnosis.
