192例肿瘤患者消化道不良反应危险因素分析

目的对肿瘤患者消化道不良反应（ADR）的发生情况及特点进行分析，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性分类统计，对192例报告涉及的患者年龄、性别、肿瘤类型、生活质量评分、给药方式以及ADR临床表现进行分析。结果192例ADR中男性102例，女性90例；40岁以上171例，占89．06％；消化道肿瘤患者93例，居第一位；细胞毒药物ADR发生率居首；ADR的临床表现以恶心、呕吐主，其次为腹泻。结论开展ADR监测，是医务人员，特别是临床药师的重要工作。

Risk factors of gastrointestinal adverse drug reaction 192 tumor patients

Objective To explore digestive tract adverse reactions(ADR) and their characteristics in patients with cancer to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods The case data of 192 patients were sorted and analyzed in terms of retrospective statistics method,such as the age,sex,tumour type,quality of life score,medicine and corresponding ADR clinical expression.Results Among observed 192 ADR cases,102 cases were male and the rest were women.Most of the patients were older than 40 years which constituted 89.06% in the investigated cases.The cases of predominating gastrointestinal tumor were 93.The main reason for the ADR cases was due to cytotoxic drugs.The clinical symptom of ADR mainly exhibited as nausea,vomiting and diarrhea.Conclusion It is important for medical staff,especially clinical pharmacists to carry out ADR monitoring.
