早期吞咽功能训练对脑卒中吞咽困难患者的影响

目的探讨早期吞咽功能训练对脑卒中患者吞咽困难的影响。方法将150例脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各75例。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上实施早期吞咽功能训练,20天后评定治疗效果。结果治疗组吞咽功能恢复、并发症发生下降率优于对照组,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论对脑卒中吞咽困难患者进行早期吞咽功能训练,可有效恢复患者吞咽功能,大大减少患者病死率和致残率,提高患者的生存质量。

Influence of Early Swallowing Function Training on Patients with Stroke Swallowing Difficulty

Objective To discuss the influence of early swallowing function training on patients with cerebral apoplexy swallowing difficulty. Methods 150 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 75 cases in each. The control group got the routine treatment, and the treatment group obtained early swallowing function training based on routine treatment. The treatment effect was evaluated 20 days later. Results The treatment group had better results than the control group in swallowing function recovery and lowering complications, the curative effect between the two groups was significantly different (P <0.01). Conclusion Eearly swallowing function training for stroke patients with swallowing difficulty can effectively restore patients with swallowing function,greatly reduce the mortality and morbidit, and improve the patients’ quality of life.
