健脾汤防治脾虚证的实验研究

目的:探讨健脾汤防治脾虚证的作用.方法:以生大黄液造成小鼠脾虚证模型,同时观察健脾汤(黄芪、白术、淫羊藿)对脾虚证的防治作用.结果:健脾汤组症状和体征明显改善,体重明显增加,游泳时间、血浆总蛋白、白蛋白明显好于模型对照组,与正常对照组比较无显著性差异.结论:健脾汤能补脾助运,具有防治脾虚证的作用.

Experimental Research on Jianpi Decoction Preventing Spleen-deficiency Syndrome

Objective: Explore the function of Jianpi (strengthen spleen) decoction in treating spleen-deficiency syndrome.Method: Make mouse with spleen-deficiency syndrome with Rhubarb juice,meanwhile observe the function of Jianpi decoction(milkvetch root, white atractylodes rhizome, epimedium) on preventing spleen-deficiency syndrome.Result: For Jianpi decoction group, the signs and symptoms are markedly released, weight is obviously increased, the swimming time, plasma total albumen and albumin are much better than that of model control group, however there's no marked difference compared with normal control group.Conclusion: Jianpi decoction can nourish and promote spleen,and can prevent spleen-deficiency.
