| 摘 要： | 动脉粥样硬化改变是一种慢性炎性过程，是缺血性卒中的重要原因。近年来的研究表明，CD40L参与了动脉粥样硬化性缺血性卒中的病理学过程。文章就CD40L与缺血性卒中的关系及治疗展望进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Atherosclerotic change, a chronic inflammatory process, is an important cause of ischemic stroke. Recent studies have shown that CD40L is involved in pathological process of atherosclerotic ischemic stroke, This article reviews the relationship between CD40L and ischemic stroke, as well as its therapeutic prospect. |
