四川省艾滋病高发区孕妇HIV感染及相关危险因素调查分析

目的 了解艾滋病高发区孕妇HIV感染现状及相关危险因素。方法 对凉山州第一医院和妇幼保健院的824名门诊孕妇进行调查。同一孕妇不能调查第二次。结果 HIV抗体均为阴性，有0.5%的人吸毒，2.3%人献血，12.6%的人曾外出打工，1.84%的人患者病，在她们的丈夫中，有0.9%的人吸毒，1.8%的人献血，11.9%的人外出打、工，夫妻双方都患性病的14对中有12对人不使用避孕套。结论 这些孕妇存在感染HIV的诸多危险因素。应在她们当中加强预防艾滋病的宣传教育。

Investigation and Analysis of HIV Infection and the Related Risk Factors Among Pregnant Women in HIV/AIDS High Prevalence Areas of Sichuan Province

Objective To study HIV infection and the related risk factors among pregnant women.Methods A total of 824 pregnant women having gone to the clinic of the first Hospital of Liangshan Prefecture and Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital at first was investigated by questionnaire and serum test.Results The HIV antibody is all negative,0 5 percent people had used drugs,2 3 percent people had donated their blood,12 6 percent people had been out for work,and 1 84 percent people had gotten the sexually transmitted disease;among their husband:0.7 percent people had used drugs,1.8 percent people had donated their the blood,11.9 percent people had been out for work;a total of 14 couples had gotten sexually transmitted disease,and 12 of them had never used condoms.Conclusions The results showed that among the pregnant women exist many dangerous factors for HIV infection,so we should enhance health education to prevent HIV/AIDS among them.
