双眼合像尺治疗假性近视短期疗效观察

目的：观察双眼合像尺治疗假性近视短期疗效。方法选取青少年假性近视58眼（29人），随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组使用双眼合像尺进行治疗，对照组不采取任何方式治疗。观察两组在治疗前及治疗后2w、1个月和3个月时的裸眼视力恢复情况、散瞳前屈光度以及散瞳后屈光度。结果实验组在治疗后各时间点裸眼视力较治疗前显著提高，散瞳前近视度数明显降低（P﹤0.05），而对照组裸眼视力和散瞳前近视度数较治疗前均无显著差异（P﹥0.05）。治疗后3个月时，实验组和对照组散瞳后屈光度较治疗前无统计学差异（ P﹥0.05），其中实验组有3眼（10.00％）散瞳后验光为近视，对照组有5眼（17.86％）散瞳后验光为近视，但两组间真性近视发生率无显著差异（χ^2＝0.24，P﹥0.05）。结论双眼合像尺简单易学，携带方便，治疗假性近视疗效确切，可作为治疗青少年假性近视的方法大力推广。

Short-term curative effect of the binocular fusion ruler on pseudo myopia

Objective To evaluate the short-term curative effect of the binocular fusion ruler on pseudo myopia. Methods 58 eyes of 29 patients with pseudo myopia were collected and randomly divided into 2 groups：treatment group and control group;the uncorrected visual acuity（ UCVA）and diopter before and after mydriasis of the 2 groups before treatment and at the time point of 2 week,1 month and 3 months after treatment were observed and evaluated,respectively. Results The UCVA of the patients in treatment group was much improved after treatment than that before treatment and the pre-mydriasis myopia diopter decreased obviously（ P﹤0. 05）;the UCVA and pre-mydriasis myopia diopter of the patients in control group after treatment were of no obvious difference from those before treatment（P﹥0. 05）;at the time point of 3 months after treatment,the UCVA and post-mydriasis myopia diopter of the patients in the 2 groups were of no statistical difference from those before treatment（P﹥0. 05）,including 3 eyes（10. 00%）of true myopia in treatment group and 5 eyes（17. 86%）in control group,while the occurrence of true myopia in the 2 groups was of no obvious difference（χ^2 =0. 24,P﹥0. 05）. Conclusions The binocular fusion ruler is easy for command,simple for operation and convenient for carrying,and it is of confirmed curative effect on pseudo myopia;it is worthy of wider application.
