临床信息系统的优化与应用

本文阐述我院从专业化、规范化、智能化、体系化4个方面对临床信息系统（CIS）进行了优化，分析了优化后的实施效果。实践证明，全面整合临床路径、电子病历、护理病历、电子申请单、抗生素管理与控制、医院感染管理等多个临床子系统，对于优化系统功能和体系架构，简化操作流程和统计分析等效果明显，进一步提升了医疗服务质量和管理水平。

Optimization and Application of Clinical Information System

The East Campus of Shanghai sixth People＇s Hospital is exemplified in this paper to demonstrate the hospital＇s successful optimization of CIS （Clinical Information System） from the perspectives of professionalization, standardization, intelligentization and systematization. Through analysis of the achievements resulting from CIS optimization, the practice proves that the all-round integration of multiple clinical sub-systems （clinical pathway, electronic medical records, nursing care records, electronic application form, antibiotic management ＆ control and hospital infection management included） contributes greatly to optimizing the function and structure of CIS and simplifying the operation procedures. As a consequence, quality of medical service has been further enhanced and the management gets promoted into a high level.
